Small batch, hand dyed, thread using silver birch cortex harvested from fallen trees in the garden here.
Birch cortex is a traditional dye plant and is fairly colourfast.
Over time the shade may change and become greyer.
Naturally dyed colours last longer if they are kept out of direct sunlight.
Hand wash in cool water with neutral detergent.
3g wool/silk thread on a wooden spool.
Packaged in a labelled glassine envelope.
